A premier AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Consumer Financial Services Career Associate Attorney with a minimum of three years of litigation experience to join its Consumer Financial Services practice. This role represents banks, lenders, loan servicers, and other financial institutions in a broad range of disputes involving loan servicing practices, credit reporting matters, and related consumer financial services litigation.

The position may be based in any U.S.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions preferred.
• Background defending matters under FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members.
• Strong writing, analytical, and professional judgment; excellent research and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance; communicate case strategy and developments; support client responses to government investigations.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team.
