The AmLaw 100 Firm in the United States seeks a Consumer Financial Services Career Associate Attorney with a minimum of three years of litigation experience to join its team. The role supports banks, lenders, loan servicers, and other financial institutions in a broad range of disputes involving loan servicing, credit reporting, and related litigation.

Candidates should have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission in good standing, and 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.

• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience; strong background in consumer financial services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to investigations by government and agencies.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team.
