Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC, a leading AmLaw 100 firm, seeks a Consumer Financial Services Career Associate Attorney with at least three years of litigation experience to join its Consumer Financial Services practice.

The role involves representing banks, lenders, loan servicers, and other financial institutions in a broad range of disputes, including loan servicing, credit reporting, and related consumer finance litigation, across a national platform. Based in multiple U.S. offices, relocation is possible.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions preferred.
• Background defending matters under FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA advantageous.
• Independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members.
• Strong writing, analytical skills, professional judgment, leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings in state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance; communicate case strategy and developments.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters in a collaborative team.
