Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is presenting an opportunity with a premier AmLaw 100 firm for a Consumer Financial Services Career Associate Attorney.

The role requires a minimum of three years of substantive litigation experience and offers exposure to banks, lenders, loan servicers, and financial institutions across a broad range of disputes involving loan servicing, credit reporting, and consumer financial services litigation. The position may be located in any U.S.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience
• Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions is strongly preferred
• Background defending matters under FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members
• Strong writing ability, analytical skills, and professional judgment
• Excellent research, communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, nationally integrated practice

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to government and agency investigations
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team
