Job summary

A premier AmLaw 100 firm seeks a Consumer Financial Services Career Associate Attorney with a minimum of three years of litigation experience to join its practice. The role represents banks, lenders, loan servicers, and other financial institutions in a broad range of disputes related to loan servicing, credit reporting, and consumer financial services litigation.

The position may be based in any U.S. office location.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to government and agency investigations.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team.
