RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Consumer Financial Services Career Associate Attorney with a minimum of three years of litigation experience to join its Consumer Financial Services practice. The role may be based in any of the firm’s U.S.

office locations and involves representing banks and financial institutions in a broad range of consumer disputes. The ideal candidate will have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and a track record of handling commercial litigation and

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions is strongly preferred.
• Background defending matters under the FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to government and agency investigations.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team.
