Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience in commercial litigation and representing financial institutions.
• Background defending matters under FCRA/FDCPA/TCPA advantageous.
• Ability to independently manage cases and supervise juniors.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced national practice.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions, and other proceedings across courts.
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance; communicate case strategy and developments.
• Prepare pleadings, briefs, discovery responses, and related documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters.
