THOREAU FACILITY SERVICES LLC seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee nationwide construction and facility projects. The role requires leadership of diverse teams, coordination of subcontractors, and rigorous adherence to budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction or related fields, plus proven PM experience from planning to handover, and is comfortable with extensive travel to job sites across the United States. PMP credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction or skilled trades with proven project management across planning to completion.
• Regular travel to job sites across the United States.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project workflows.
• Experience managing multiple projects and subcontractors.
• PMP certification or construction management credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and renovation projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for efficient execution.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, leadership, and clients.
• Review scopes, drawings, and specifications to resolve issues and keep on schedule.
