Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate in the United States is seeking a Manager, National Construction to lead regional construction support, national strategy, and transactional support. You will coordinate projects, information, stakeholders, and follow-up activities while implementing national processes.

This hands-on role requires independent advancement of workstreams, clear recommendations, and escalation of material risks to the Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in construction management or related fields.
• Ability to coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of building systems, capital projects, budgeting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, planning, tracking, reporting, execution, and closeout for regional construction.
• Coordinate schedules, capital forecasts, data quality, and regional requirements.
• Assist with complex or higher-risk building conditions and next steps.
• Help implement national policies, templates, and governance documentation.
• Prepare leadership updates, dashboards, and recommendations on national programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across departments.
• Support transactions including acquisitions and dispositions.
