Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a Manager, National Construction to support regional and national construction initiatives. The role focuses on budgeting, planning, data analysis, and governance, coordinating across multiple stakeholders including regional teams, Lenders, and consultants.

The position emphasizes hands-on project management, independent advancement of workstreams, and the preparation of leadership updates and dashboards to drive construction performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, CRE, project management, due diligence, capital planning, or related field.
• Ability to coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders, consultants, deliverables and deadlines.
• Experience with budgeting, capital planning, reporting and governance documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; knowledge of construction tech platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support regional construction teams with budgeting, planning, tracking, reporting, execution and closeout.
• Coordinate follow-up on project schedules, capital forecasts, commitments, data quality, and regional requirements.
• Organize reviews and coordinate specialists for complex or high-risk building conditions.
• Help implement national policies, templates, systems, and reporting standards.
• Prepare communications, guidance, and training materials for regional teams.
