Job summary

SR Construction Services, LLC is seeking an autonomous Senior Commercial & Industrial Construction Project Manager to direct a national portfolio of commercial renovations, industrial builds, and high-spec TI projects ranging from $2M to $20M+. You will own operational and financial outcomes across multiple projects, supported by a dedicated engineering team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years leading commercial/industrial projects as PM.
• Budgets managed from $2M–$20M+ per project.
• Experience in renovations, TI, adaptive reuse, or ground-up builds.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple commercial/industrial builds across national territories from preconstruction to closeout.
• Protect project margins through cost control and risk mitigation.
• Develop and manage master CPM schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead OAC alignment meetings and maintain client communications.
• Coordinate with civil/structural teams, architects, subs, and field staff.
• Mentor Project Engineers and support field Superintendents.
