Job summary

Dexian is seeking a National Account Executive to lead wholesale colocation opportunities across a national footprint. You will target hyperscale, AI/HPC, and large enterprise capacity, closing multi-megawatt deals through strategic account planning and executive engagement.

This role requires 8+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise sales experience, deep knowledge of the wholesale data center ecosystem, and strong mastery of complex procurement and contract processes with C‑suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience.
• 5+ years selling wholesale colocation or large-format data center capacity.
• Deep knowledge of wholesale ecosystem and procurement patterns.
• Fluency in power, cooling, resiliency, interconnection concepts.
• Executive-level engagement with C-suite in real estate and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own named accounts and develop long-term plan for each.
• Identify, qualify, and close large-format colocation opportunities.
• Build executive relationships across IT, real estate, procurement, and finance.
• Lead multi-month to multi-year sales cycles with RFIs and capacity reservations.
