Job description

The Client Solutions Manager is primarily responsible for establishing themselves as the "trusted expert", direct owner and serve as the main conduit between the company and our client. This individual will also be responsible for developing and supporting a positive relationship between the internal teams and the external client teams. The result will be driving sales of our clients' products at retail and growing their business relationship with the company.

Essential Functions of this position

  • Clarify client expectations for the leadership team and continually validate that we are meeting and exceeding outlined expectations.
  • Provide extensive, insightful analysis recommendations and product performance for assigned national and/or regional retail circuits.
  • Coordinate all new initiatives and client-specific reporting.
  • Integrate them into the business, attends all relevant meetings and works on further developing the relationship with external client teams.
  • Communicate confidently and concisely with executive-level contacts within the company, clients and assigned retail circuits while providing recommendations based on solid research and analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with the client account team to develop account plans and strategies.
  • Responsible for all client service issues.
  • Respond to and resolve issues in a timely manner, balancing customer satisfaction, quality, and relevance.
  • Manage the communication of client expectations throughout entire account team.
  • Collaborate with internal account leadership team to provide actionable strategy recommendations in order to drive sales in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts Degree

Experience Requirement:

  • Bachelor's (Degree in Business, Marketing or related field), and four or more years management experience in a merchandising/marketing environment or any similar combinations of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

  • Proven success in senior level client relationship development and management.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience, and prioritization of tasks.
  • Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the client.
  • Professional attitude and strong leadership skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple demands.
  • Experience directly managing employees.
  • Must have an advanced / expert understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office products, primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
