Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of retail, merchandising, consumer packaged goods, client support, or related program execution experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of project coordination or project management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to share clear updates across clients, managers, field teams, and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned client programs, helping ensure program needs, priorities, and expectations are clearly understood and supported.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to identify best practices, reporting needs, execution opportunities, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support account objectives and communicate program updates.
