The National Client Manager is responsible for assisting the National Client Executive and Director of National Accounts with their assigned clients and maintaining positive relationships between each client and Zelis. In conjunction with national accounts leadership, you will manage a strategic book of business comprising Zelis' national customers, aiming to achieve revenue targets, ensure client retention, foster growth through additional products and services, and deliver exceptional service to exceed client expectations and enhance customer experience.
