Position Overview
Responsible for assisting the National Client Executive and Director of National Accounts with their assigned clients and maintaining positive mutual relationships between each client and Zelis. The National Client Manager will work with national accounts leadership to manage a strategic book of business, achieve revenue targets, ensure client retention, foster growth with additional products and services, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction to ensure Zelis' service delivery exceeds expectations and provides a superior customer experience.
