Job summary

Apollo Tires (US) Inc. is seeking a senior sales operations leader to strengthen and optimize the North American distribution network.

You will enable the sales organisation with tools, insights and programs to drive performance, while building strong distributor and dealer relationships across the region. Reporting to the National Sales Head, this role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, focusing on network expansion, program design, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales,

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in sales operations, sales force or channel development in North America.
• Strong understanding of dealer and distributor networks and incentives.
• Experience enabling sales orgs with programs, tools and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping to identify dealer, distributor and channel expansion opportunities across North America.
• Support onboarding and integration of new distribution partners.
• Strengthen distributor/dealer relationships through targeted programs and incentives.
• Improve dealer activation, sell‑out, inventory health and network productivity.
• Develop sales tools, presentations, and commercial materials for the sales team.
• Partner with Marketing to create channel messaging and POS requirements.
• Ensure timely product information, materials and activation support to partners.
• Oversee deployment of POS assets for consistent brand presence.
• Gather field feedback to drive marketing campaigns and distribution programs.
