Job summary

Apollo Tires (US) Inc. is seeking a Divisional Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end operations across North America and LATAM.

The role focuses on delivering service excellence, inventory optimisation, accurate forecasting, and cost efficiency. You will partner with commercial, IT, finance and customer service teams to drive transformational supply chain programmes and establish best practices across planning, logistics, and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional supply chain performance across planning, inventory, logistics and customer service.
• Experience with ERP implementations and large-scale transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain performance across North America and LATAM.
• Drive improvements in OTIF and product availability.
• Optimise inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs across service, inventory, planning, and logistics.
• Partner with IT, finance and commercial teams to support growth.
