Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Local Sales Channel to profitably grow sales, margin and market share among independent dealers. You will collaborate with Distribution Center Operations, Sales Operations and Finance to drive revenue and share of wallet.

The position emphasizes customer-centric selling, field visits, and cross-functional teamwork to exceed sales targets and deliver growth across the local channel. A strong pipeline and data-driven approach are required.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage and grow current and prospective customers in assigned market.
• Drive Associate Dealer enrollments and engagements with Independent Tire Dealers.
• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and across TBC.
• Develop relationships with customers by in-person visits or Teams calls and with supplier partners.
• Participate in deployment of marketing/promotional programs and convert leads to profitable sales.
