Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, planning or customer fulfilment.
• Experience leading cross-functional supply chain performance (planning, inventory, logistics, customer service).
• Proven track record in driving operational improvements and business performance.
• Experience supporting ERP or large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain performance across North America and LATAM.
• Drive improvements in service levels, OTIF and product availability.
• Develop and execute inventory, forecasting and planning strategies.
• Oversee logistics, order management, and backorder resolution.
• Lead major supply chain transformation and digital initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team; build strong cross-functional partnerships.
