Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, minimum 0–5 years in Spirits/Beer/RTD categories or related field.
• Understanding of route-to-market dynamics and distributor networks.
• Proven track record of success in prior roles or academics.
• Strong presentation, communication, and selling skills; able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute national and regional Suntory programming in assigned chains.
• Assist in key accounts and with wholesalers to maximize display and performance.
• Collaborate with Wholesaler Area Managers, District Managers, and Merchandising Reps to optimize opportunities.
• Monitor program execution with distributor sales force and adjust as needed.
• Lead sales meetings, train distributors on products and programs, and track monthly goals.
• Develop distributor knowledge of Suntory brands and competitive landscape.
• Manage accounts by brand performance and execution; identify new opportunities.
