Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits in San Francisco is seeking a Chain Merchandising Manager to drive our distributor merchandising strategy across key accounts. You will own the territory, partner with distributor reps, and lead efforts to grow share in a competitive premium spirits market.

The role requires at least 1 year merchandising, strong selling and presentation skills, travel across the market, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with Distributor DMs/Merchandisers.
• Minimum 1-year experience in merchandising.
• Territory/merchandising manager in a chain-heavy state.
• Strong demonstration of selling skills and presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and execute Suntory Global Spirits programming in all chains.
• Assist General Market Merchandisers in Key Accounts to drive portfolio impact.
• Work directly with distributor Area Managers, District Managers and Merchandising Reps.
• Maintain active marketplace presence with fact-based selling to grow share.
• Lead team meetings, educate distributors on products and programs, and show success.
