Suntory Global Spirits in Los Angeles is seeking a Chain Merchandising Manager to lead distributor merchandising across our national chains. You will develop territory plans, guide merchandising reps, and drive share growth through strategic in-store execution.

This role requires strong selling and presentation skills, travel flexibility, and collaboration with distributors and account teams. A Bachelor's degree and experience with DMs/Merchandisers are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with Distributor DMs/Merchandisers.
• Minimum 1 year experience in merchandising.
• Territory/merchandising manager in a chain-heavy state.
• Strong selling skills demonstrated in prior roles.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across the assigned market.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform related duties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Communicate and execute Suntory Global Spirits programming in all chains.
• Assist in key accounts to drive portfolio impact.
• Collaborate with distributor Area Managers, District Managers and Merchandising Reps.
• Use analytical, fact-based selling to grow share in chains.
• Lead distributor meetings, provide direction, and track monthly goals.
