Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a Chain Merchandising Manager in the United States (California). You will collaborate with distributor merchandising teams, lead a territory, and drive brand programs across chains. The role requires strong selling skills, presentations, and regular travel to key accounts.

You will manage distributor reps, set goals, and optimize merchandising execution while coordinating with chain partners to maximize display and category performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with Distributor DMs/Merchandisers.
• Minimum 1-year merchandising experience.
• Territory/merchandising manager in a chain-heavy state.
• Strong selling skills and outstanding presentation abilities.
• Ability to travel frequently; light to moderate physical requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate Suntory Global Spirits programming across chains.
• Collaborate with distributor managers and merchandisers to drive share.
• Lead and manage distributor merchandising reps in the territory.
• Present plans, track monthly goals, and drive execution.
• Develop distributor goals and incentives; manage budgets and programs.
