Job summary

Packard Culligan seeks a National C&I Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training programs that standardize service quality nationwide across all dealerships. The role ensures technicians and sales teams remain proficient, compliant, and capable of driving operational excellence.

You will lead classroom, hands-on, and virtual training, plus collaborate with HR and management to maintain certifications and training records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in C&I operations, technical training, field service, water treatment, or related technical industry.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and water treatment systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nationwide technical support for C&I installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and system optimization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized training programs for new and existing C&I equipment.
• Deliver classroom instruction, hands-on labs, virtual sessions, and field coaching across regions.
• Collaborate with HR to maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
