The Bridger Group is seeking a Residential Builder Sales Manager to cover the Central U.S. You will take over an existing book of business and focus on growing relationships with the largest residential builders, while collaborating with the dealer network.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of national builder experience, proven success with builder accounts, and a strong grasp of builder-dealer relationships. Experience in the door industry is not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience calling on national builders.
• Experience in a national account role with large production builders.
• Proven success developing business with national builder accounts.
• Strong understanding of builder and dealer relationships.
• Experience in the door industry not required

Responsibilities

• Call on top 100 national builders throughout the assigned region.
• Develop and grow relationships with national builder accounts.
• Generate demand with large production builders.
• Work closely with the dealer network to support and grow business.
• Manage and expand an existing book of business
