Job summary

Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a National Bilingual Roving Leasing Consultant. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, travel across Monarch communities, and a proven ability to close leases and meet occupancy goals.

You will assess properties, support onsite teams, and drive leasing activity while staying flexible across markets and schedules. This is a full-time, multi-market position with comprehensive benefits.

A Leasing Role for Someone Who Knows How to Get Results

This is not a traditional leasing consultant position.

As a National Roving Leasing Consultant , you’ll travel to Monarch communities that need an experienced leasing professional to increase occupancy, drive leasing activity, support lease-ups, and strengthen onsite teams.

You’ll be the person we send in when we need someone who can walk into a property, assess what’s happening, get to work, and produce results.

If you’re bilingual, confident with prospects, comfortable closing leases, and energized by variety and travel, this role gives you the opportunity to put those skills to work across multiple communities.

What You’ll Do :

• Drive occupancy and leasing results at properties needing additional support
• Lead and support lease-up and stabilization efforts
• Tour apartments, follow up with prospects, and close leases
• Handle applications, leases, move‑ins, and resident documentation
• Create and execute local marketing and outreach efforts
• Conduct market surveys and competitive shops
• Maintain accurate leasing activity and records in Yardi
• Help ensure model apartments, curb appeal, and property presentation are on point
• Coach, train, and mentor onsite leasing teams
• Jump into whatever leasing priorities are needed to keep the property moving

The Travel Schedule :

3 weeks on assignment. 1 full week off.

You’ll travel between Monarch communities based on business needs, working directly with onsite teams and property leadership.
