Job summary

Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a National Bilingual Roving Leasing Consultant. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, travel across Monarch communities, and a proven ability to close leases and meet occupancy goals.

You will assess properties, support onsite teams, and drive leasing activity while staying flexible across markets and schedules. This is a full-time, multi-market position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily leasing or strong customer-facing experience.
• Proven ability to close leases and hit performance goals.
• Understanding of Fair Housing and leasing best practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Autonomous and adaptable in varying environments.
• Willingness to travel across multiple markets and properties.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and leasing results at properties needing support.
• Lead and support lease-up and stabilization efforts.
• Tour apartments, follow up with prospects, and close leases.
• Handle applications, leases, move-ins, and resident documentation.
• Create and execute local marketing and outreach efforts.
• Maintain leasing activity and records in Yardi; ensure property presentation.
