Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead national analytics efforts, gather and interpret underwriting, claims and financial data, and deliver data-driven insights for client decision-making. You will partner with Producers and Benefits teams to support renewals and growth, developing dashboards and reports to communicate complex information clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience in underwriting, funding arrangements, and healthcare pricing tools
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings to varied audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead and support data analytics activities on a national scale for IOA Benefits Group
• Gather, analyze, interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data
• Provide data-driven insights to support underwriting evaluations and renewal negotiations
• Deliver analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development
• Create reports, dashboards, and financial exhibits to communicate complex information
• Develop analytics methodologies and improve reporting standards
• Utilize BI tools to enhance client outcomes and operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Account Teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
