The role partners with Benefits teams to deliver insights that inform underwriting, renewals, and strategic decisions.

You will develop reports and dashboards, collaborate withSenior teams, and contribute to business growth while maintaining best practices and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations to support carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data‑driven insights that help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly.
