Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics on a national scale. The role partners with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver data-driven insights for underwriting, renewals, funding analyses, and strategic client decisions.

The ideal candidate will manage analytics, reporting, and BI tool usage, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize performance and deliver actionable recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities required
  • Experience in underwriting support and financial analysis preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support national analytics for IOA Benefits Group across underwriting, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and client decision-making.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to clearly communicate insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Producers, Account Teams, and carriers to provide data-driven recommendations and support for renewals and business growth.
  • Maintain analytics methodologies and standards to improve consistency and results.
