- Lead and support national analytics for IOA Benefits Group.
- Provide data-driven underwriting, renewal, and funding insights.
- Deliver client-facing analytics and recommendations.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and financial exhibits.
- Collaborate with Producers, Account Teams, and carriers.
- Maintain analytics methodologies and standards.
