Job summary

Power Substation Services is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our customer base across the United States. You will identify prospects, build relationships with decision-makers, understand customer needs, and generate opportunities for transformer maintenance, repair, testing, oil processing, vacuum filling, installation, and related field services.

The role targets utility companies, transformer manufacturers, industrial facilities, data centers, and engineering firms,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or industrial sales.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel throughout the United States.
• Willingness to develop long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the United States.
• Develop a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and potential projects.
• Build relationships with utility companies, transformer manufacturers, data centers, and engineering firms.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and meetings with prospective customers.
• Coordinate proposals and quotes, and hand off to operations.
