Job summary

ComNet Communications LLC is seeking a skilled Audio-Visual Project Manager to coordinate and manage AV projects up to $3M, from planning through billing. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and clear communication.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in commercial AV project management, strong knowledge of Crestron/AMX/Extron, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of AV systems design and integration standards.
• 3–5 years of AV project management experience in commercial integration.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and manage dependencies in construction-like environments.
• Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, blueprints, and drawings.
• CTS certification or willingness to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage AV projects up to $3M from planning through billing.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to publish project timelines and updates.
• Schedule installations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee project meetings, site visits, and progress reporting to customers.
• Ensure accurate billing and maintain project documentation and warranties.
