• Lead and mentor project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Manage project budgets and ensure expenses and time billing are tracked and reported.

The Audiovisual Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of audiovisual projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of audiovisual technologies. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client relationships.
