Job summary

PRADA, represented by L'Oreal International Designer Collections, seeks a National Artistry & Education Manager to lead makeup artistry education and high-impact in-store events across the US. You will create education tools for skincare, makeup, and fragrance, train field sales teams and BAs, and ensure luxury-brand consistency in tone and service.

Travel is extensive to support events and training, with a strategic focus on elevating client experiences and driving incremental retail sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a makeup artist and/or beauty trainer/educator
• Exceptional artistry and multi-axis product knowledge (skincare, makeup, fragrance)
• Strong communication, presentation, and training skills
• Familiarity with digital content creation and training tools

Responsibilities

• In-store events and retail sales execution to drive engagement and sales
• Develop education tools and coaching programs across skincare, makeup, and fragrance
• Facilitate education seminars and BA onboarding, seasonal training, and trainer sessions
• Collaborate with regional and field teams to meet event goals and report results
• Maintain professional digital presence and stay updated on makeup trends
