Job summary

Westman Atelier seeks a Senior Manager, Global Education to lead our global education strategy and ensure a consistent, elevated brand experience across markets and premier retailers. Based in New York, this role partners with product development, marketing, commercial and events to translate Gucci Westman’s artistry and clean luxury philosophy into scalable education.

This hands‑on position owns product, artistry, service and selling education – from launches to core knowledge and selling

Qualifications

• 5+ years makeup artistry and retail education in luxury beauty.
• Exceptional artistry translating techniques into digestible, sales‑driving education.
• Outstanding presentation and storytelling with executive presence.
• Experience creating instructional content, digital learning tools and video content.
• Strong business acumen and project management in fast‑growth settings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with store leadership and VIP clients.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Sephora/H@SM portals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global steward of artistry and clean‑beauty philosophy, establishing standards across markets.
• Design and facilitate hands‑on masterclasses, workshops, and virtual training.
• Build a Train‑the‑Trainer model to certify Field Leaders and Concierge teams.
• Turn new innovations into engaging learning tools and retailer content.
• Define luxury selling behaviors and service menus to drive customer experience.
• Collaborate with Field Directors to analyze sales trends and training impact.
• Lead retailer education initiatives and prepare teams for openings and campaigns.
• Oversee global education calendar and measure training effectiveness.
