Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a National Apartment Maintenance Technician based in Waterford, Michigan, with travel throughout the Midwest (75% travel expected) to support multiple communities. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall and carpentry tasks, and benefit from a strong overtime program and per diem for overnights.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience Required

• HVAC, EPA or CPO certification preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance or facilities maintenance
• Dry walling, including painting and carpentry

Compensation and Benefits Available
