Responsibilities

• Lead and support data analytics activities on a national scale for IOA Benefits Group.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data.
• Provide data-driven insights to support underwriting, renewals, and client decisions.
• Deliver analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development.
• Create reports, dashboards, and financial exhibits to communicate findings clearly.
• Develop analytics methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Utilize BI tools to enhance client outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for performance optimization and reporting improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support client objectives and strategic decisions.
