Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Interpretation: Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data.
• Underwriting Support: Develop recommendations to support carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Client Consulting: Deliver data-driven insights that help clients understand risks and program performance.
• Sales Support: Provide analytical support for renewals, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Reporting & Presentation Development: Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly.
• Analytics Process Management: Develop analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices.
• Technology Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to enhance client outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze trends and benchmarking data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Recommend improvements for efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with teams and carriers to support client objectives.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication of analytical findings and recommendations.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Support team development through knowledge sharing.
