Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment principles.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Interpretation: Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy.
• Underwriting Support: Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations for carrier pricing and funding analyses.
• Client Consulting: Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, and program performance.
• Sales Support: Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development.
