Insurance Office of America seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics across the Benefits Group nationwide. You will gather and interpret underwriting, claims, financial and benefits data to support client strategy and decision-making.

You will collaborate with Producers, Account Teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver insights that enhance underwriting evaluations, renewals, and funding analyses, while improving reporting quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
• Knowledge of underwriting methodologies, funding arrangements, and healthcare pricing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IOA Benefits Group data analytics activities nationwide.
• Provide data-driven insights to support underwriting, renewals, and client decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating complex information clearly.
