Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant for Employee Benefits to lead analytics, data collection, interpretation, and client consultation on a national scale. You will partner with senior consultants, producers, and benefits teams to deliver insights that support underwriting evaluations, renewals, and strategy.

You will analyze underwriting, claims, and financial data to inform carrier pricing, funding analyses, and program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or actuarial science.
• Knowledge of underwriting, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools.
• Experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution development.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support data analytics across underwriting, claims, financials, and benefits.
• Provide underwriting support and funding analyses recommendations.
• Deliver data-driven insights for client understanding of risks and performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, and business development.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating complex data clearly.
• Develop analytics methodologies and reporting standards.
