Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Interpretation: Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision‑making.
• Underwriting Support: Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations to support carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Client Consulting: Deliver data‑driven insights that help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Sales Support: Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Reporting & Presentation Development: Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations.
• Analytics Process Management: Develop and maintain analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices.
• Technology Optimization: Utilize BI tools to enhance client outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze trends, benchmarking data, and financial metrics to identify opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements for efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, Account Teams, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication of analytical findings and recommendations.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Provide analytical guidance and team development support.
• Technical Expertise: Maintain knowledge of underwriting methodologies, funding arrangements, analytics tools, and market trends.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
