Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a National Manager, Alterations Trainer to lead skills development across the U.S. Alterationists, drive technical assessments, and oversee learning paths, in collaboration with the CHANEL & moi team.

The role emphasizes public speaking, coaching, and advancing digital tools across boutiques and centralized training environments. Ideal candidates bring at least 10 years of tailoring experience, strong communication, and travel up to 30% to support stores nationwide and in

Qualifications

• Expert fitter level of tailoring expertise.
• At least 10 years of experience in a tailoring or alteration workshop.
• Excellent understanding of CHANEL style and allure.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Understanding of, and passion for client experience, with ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Assess technical and client-relationship skills to map current levels and identify gaps.
• Partner with Boutique Management and P&O for recruitment, including skills evaluations.
• Evaluate Workshops efficiency, flows, and equipment, and coordinate procurement.
• Develop knowledge and agility with digital tools ACET, Repair & Alteration App, and IFL.
• Contribute to learning path creation for current and new Alterationists.
