Job summary

ARC Document Solutions is seeking an experienced General Manager, National AIM Operations to lead and support large-scale scanning and archiving projects across the national AIM network.

You will translate expertise in document imaging, production workflows, and quality control into operational excellence and exceptional customer outcomes while partnering with Sales and customers on planning and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a commercial document scanning operation.
• Experience with large- and small-format production document imaging technologies.
• Strong knowledge of imaging principles, file formats, OCR/ICR/OMR, and barcode tech.
• Proven ability to develop workflows and quality-control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead National AIM Operations across centers, regions, and customer sites.
• Establish best-practice standards and optimize production workflows for quality and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain QC standards to minimize errors and defects.
• Review data to identify challenges and implement improvements.
• Ensure hardware and software acquisitions align with national standards.
• Collaborate with Sales to plan projects, cost estimates, and timelines.
