Job summary

ARC Document Solutions is seeking an AIM Production Supervisor to oversee the swing shift production team and coordinate document scanning projects for paper-to-digital conversions. You will supervise daily operations, ensure quality standards, and manage workflow to meet schedules and deadlines.

Hours are 8:00AM–5:00PM in Portland, OR. The role requires coordinating with the AIM Center Manager and may supervise 2 to 15 staff, including temporary personnel.

Qualifications

• Academic Diploma or higher is preferred; 1+ year related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business guidelines and technical procedures.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to follow written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct production activities; establish priorities for customer projects.
• Confer with management to establish production and quality control standards and procedures.
• Review production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity.
• Revise production schedules and priorities after equipment failure or problems.
• Coordinate shift transitions with the night Manager and assigned departments.
• Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for job completion.
• Monitor records and report inventory.
