Job summary

LSB Industries, Inc. is seeking a Document Controls Specialist to partner with Maintenance and Reliability teams. You will build and manage the Mechanical Integrity documentation program, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper metadata for AIM Libraries.

Responsibilities include loading documents, maintaining statuses, auditing training records, and coordinating drawing updates with MOC owners and engineers in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3–7 years in document control.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read project schedules and manage confidential documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AIM Document Libraries design, function, and content requirements.
• Load metadata and scan hard copy docs to AIM and CHE libraries.
• Audit training records and generate reports for EHS dashboards.
• Coordinate with MOC owners and engineers on drawing updates and workflows.
