This role reports to the President of the Private Client Group and will drive growth by shaping recruiting strategy, partnering with business leaders, and guiding Advisor Choice Consulting to recruit top financial advisors. Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in recruiting or related functions.
• Experience across multiple financial advisor models preferred.
• Experience leading transformational change in a large organization.
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Exceptional relationship-building and executive communication capabilities.
• Track record of building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

• Refresh and execute a national recruiting strategy to accelerate growth.
• Champion disciplined growth with strong cultural, business and risk fit assessment.
• Lead, inspire, coach, and develop an internal recruiting team.

• Partner with advisor affiliation leadership and Growth Consulting teams.
