Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare sales experience with a focus on specialty sales (Dental/Vision/Voluntary).
• Ability to explain process elements and industry trends in detail during discussions.
• Strong presentation skills demonstrating value and guiding client to purchase.
• Proven negotiation skills to achieve profitable wins in market.
• Has an active health/life insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements sales strategies to win large group accounts or government programs.
• Identifies new growth channels and potential clients in assigned territory.
• Manages complex renewals and positions products to maximize revenue.
• Works with clients to tailor multifaceted solutions using CVS Health product offerings.
• Coordinates cross-functional integration with internal teams to complete sales and service delivery.
• Identifies opportunities to partner with clients and cross-sell CVS Health products.
